View/Download the Course Workbook
Click on “My Account” and then “Downloads.” Note: You can download the workbook only four times within your membership period.
Access Course Certificate of Completion
Click on “My Account” Dropdown, then “My Courses,” then “My Completed Courses,” and “View My Certificate.”
**If you’ve completed the course but can’t access your certificate or the course is not showing complete, be sure that you have clicked to complete the welcome lesson at the beginning of the course.
